Sustrans at Wyndham Park 90th Celebrations

*****UPDATE 24/07/14*****
Last update regarding our attendance at this Sundays event in Wyndham Park to celebrate it's 90th anniversary. We will have a number of volunteers helping throughout the day as follows.

Brian: 09:15/09:30- 11:30
MIke: 10:00- 12:00
John: Between 11:30- 14:00
Bob and Myself will be present at various timings throughout the day.

On arriving at the park just come straight to our stall which will be on the tree lined avenue (NCR 15) opposite the white bridge over the River Witham.

Our stall will have a number of local maps and information free for all as well as some items for donation sale, I'll let you know the prices on the day.

I shall have my mobile (0773 986 4490) on me so if you need to get a message to me or need to call me for any reason then please don't hesitate.

.....and finally don't forget your Sustrans red event t-shirts on the day, no hi-viz needed just to look casual. John, I will bring your t-shirt with me on Sunday for you to change into.

Enjoy the day and event and I look forward to seeing you soon.

Some final details for our group attendance at the 90th anniversary celebrations at Wyndham Park, Grantham on Sunday July 27 between 10:00- 14:00.
More information about the event here.

Sustrans next week will be sending on banners, maps, information and small items for a nominated donations, along with our own supplies of local maps there should be plenty of advice and ideas for visitors of our stall. The Wyndham Park forum, organisers of the event have kindly given us space in the marquee which I'm sure will give us shelter from the sun on the day.

If you can help out for an hour or two on the day then this would be very much welcomed but could I please ask you to get back to me by this Sunday (July 20) via email or in person at the forthcoming signing ride as to whether you can or can't help out on the day so I can get an idea on numbers.
