Do to a low head count this group social event will not be running now.

You may remember I mentioned in an earlier posting (see post here) about having a biking bbq on the NCR15 at Stenwith on Saturday 1 September at 15:00.So to know if to go ahead with such a social event can you please get back to me to let me know if can or cannot come along to such an event.
Could you please let me know by the evening of Wednesday 29 August so I can make a planning decision to which I will get back to you all on Thursday 30 August.
